Fiberglass Needle Mat E Glass is a non-resinous, high-temperature insulation product made from 100% E-glass continuous filament or chopped fibers. These fibers are mechanically interlocked using a needle-punching technique, eliminating the need for chemical binders or adhesives. This process not only preserves the integrity of the fibers under extreme temperatures but also ensures uniform thickness, superior mechanical strength, and excellent handling characteristics.

One of the standout properties of E-glass needle mat is its exceptional thermal insulation. With a service temperature range up to 600°C (1112°F), it performs reliably in high-heat environments without loss of form or function. The low thermal conductivity makes it ideal for minimizing heat loss or isolating heat-sensitive components.
